Shanghai,  The first public transportation bus of Zhejiang Youngman Auto Group rolled off the assembly line in its Hangzhou production base, xinhuanet.com said today. The carmaker sold 2,128 premium buses last year, with 80% market share in China.

Youngman Auto has aimed to master the world-leading technologies of vehicle manufacture by integrating the cutting-edge battery and battery-management systems into the Neoplan bus, Man truck and Lotus sedan it has been making in China.

Youngman's bus product line-ups cover the long-distance coach, public transportation bus, and VIP bus series. Its long-distance tourist coach has been leading the high-end bus sector since 2001.

In 2008, Youngman Auto Group sold 2,128 high-end buses in domestic and overseas markets, securing 80% market share in China. Its low-floor buses have monopolized the market of its kind in the country.

Meanwhile, Youngman buses have been exported to the U.S., Europe, Russia, S.Korea, Singapore, the Middle East, among other countries and regions.
